Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Develop and execute business change strategies to drive successful adoption of organisational and digital transformations.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to support change initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful outcomes across projects involving:
  • Organisational and Digital Transformation
  • Software Development
  • Technology Implementation
  • Infrastructure Deployment
  • Network Solutions
  • Telecommunications

Essential Requirements

Certifications: Hold a recognised business change certification such as PROSCI, APMG Change Management, or equivalent.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience working for a key supplier within West.

Expertise: Proven track record in delivering business change initiatives across organisational, digital, or technical projects.

Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
