C&C Search is currently recruiting a Business Assistant to support two founders in a fast-paced advisory and executive search consultancy.

Position: Business Assistant to Founders
Salary: £45,000-£50,000
Location: West End, office-based, 8:30am-6:00pm
Benefits: Exposure to high-profile clients, development opportunities, breadth and variety of work.

Size of company: 15 professionals.

Key responsibilities for this position:

  • Comprehensive calendar management for the Founders
  • Client relationship management and coordination
  • Personal project support and administrative duties
  • Staff onboarding/offboarding assistance
  • Proactive identification of needs and issue resolution

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • 3-4 years' experience in a fast-paced role (consultancy, search, or finance ideally)
  • Exceptional organisation, initiative, and resilience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to hold ground when necessary
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp concepts
