Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-tempo, dynamic Executive Assistant and confidante with a global mindset to support an inspiring entrepreneurial UHNWI. Primarily travelling across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East; you will be that true right hand who can work at pace, provide high attention to detail, and have a sixth sense for what needs to be done. You will have high emotional intelligence and outstanding communication skills, and diplomacy. Always having a positive attitude, you will know the latest lifestyle trends, political situations, economic environments, and developing global trends.

You will be on call at all times and solve problems efficiently and with pleasure. As a world-class networker, your instinct and global citizen experience will make you unparalleled amongst your peers. As the family's true right hand, you will seamlessly integrate into their lives as you go beyond the professional duties and become a lifestyle manager, travel coordinator, and estate overseer, yet always respecting their professional boundaries.

Main responsibilities:
  1. Calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings and movements, both business and personal. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
  2. Liaise and build trust quickly with all strata of society, but, crucially, you have the skills, tact, and wit to handle yourself in a room full of UHNWI people.
  3. Attend immediately to emails that require action or follow up.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships and organize and take care of all correspondence.
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
  6. Assist with planning, organising and coordinating events and hotels for various locations.
  7. Be that true right hand to ensure each day runs efficiently and smoothly.
  8. Assist with various projects as required.
  9. General private and business administrative support.
  10. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel and external contacts.
  11. Extremely detail-oriented, organised, professional, and reliable.
  12. Ability to work independently and multitask within a fast-paced environment, with high accuracy and to tight deadlines.
  13. Diplomatic, tactful, and discreet and unquestionable integrity at all times.
  14. Be aware of the latest trends, political situations, economic environments and global trendsetters news.
  15. Understand the importance of security and safety.
  16. Be available 24/7 and resourceful with a network of contacts.
Background:
  1. Previous experience working for either a CEO of a global multinational corporation, a stock-listed company and UHNWI before.
  2. Government, Security or Diplomatic services experience essential.
  3. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, agenda scheduling tools and basic IT and your communication and interpersonal abilities are excellent in any cultural circle.
  4. World-class liaising and networking skills.
