Your Role

• Payment traceability of acceptance criteria during show and tell phase of stories produced.
• Production of API integration requirements between QIP platform and the new Advice tool.
• Production of API integration requirements between 360.net application and the new Advice tool.
• Production of API integration requirements between other provider platforms in the FNZ family and the new Advice tool.
• User story production, review, approval, and traceability for the following functions: Fee Expectations (function joins fees to payments and includes VAT verification, Finance and GL integration to the new advice tool).

• Ensured traceability of payment acceptance criteria during show and tell sessions to validate alignment with business expectations.
• Defined API integration requirements between the QIP platform and the new Advice tool for seamless data exchange.
• Captured API integration needs between 360.net application and the Advice tool to enable consistent system interactions.
• Identified and documented integration requirements between FNZ provider platforms and the Advice tool to support scalability.
• Produced clear, detailed user stories for Fee Expectations functionality, linking fees to payments.
• Included VAT verification steps within user stories to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Integrated Finance requirements into stories, covering transaction mapping and payment validations.
• Aligned General Ledger integration within stories to maintain financial accuracy and traceability.
• Drove user story review and approval process, ensuring functional coverage and stakeholder buy-in.
• Maintained end-to-end traceability from requirements to tested user stories for audit and delivery assurance.
