Referment has partnered with an award-winning Regulatory Technology firm that’s redefining how compliance is done. They’re looking for a Business Analyst to join their London team—someone who can gather and define technical and functional requirements, while also playing a key role in shaping the future of AI integration in the RegTech space.

This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation—solving complex problems, influencing product direction, and working directly with clients and internal teams.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

1. Analyse complex financial data to inform decisions and define requirements
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specs
3. Guide development teams and ensure solutions are implemented effectively
4. Document business processes and technical requirements
5. Support client onboarding, training, and UAT
6. Participate in product strategy, training, and improvement discussions
7. Stay updated on evolving financial regulations and fintech trends, especially around AI

Requirements:

1. 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within FinTech
2. Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude
3. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Slack, Outlook
4. Familiarity with at least one programming language
5. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
6. Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
