  • Defines acceptance tests based on supply chain business requirements, ensuring that developed solutions (e.g., WMS enhancements or process automation) meet stakeholder expectations and operational needs.
  • Supports documents for testing scripts for systems and UAT testing, ensuring solutions meet agreed standards, and thoroughly documents test scripts for end-to-end supply chain functionality.
  • Leads small projects end-to-end, including those involving system upgrades or supply chain process improvements, in accordance with Nisbets' Business Change governance and delivery framework, ensuring successful execution and alignment with broader supply chain objectives.

  • Proficient in process mapping for supply chain and warehouse workflows, including WMS/ERP integration.
  • Skilled in translating complex concepts into clear, actionable steps for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in writing business requirements and technical specifications for supply chain systems.
