Job description

WRK digital urgently seeks 2 x Contract Business Analysts to start immediately. Inside IR35, £600 per day. You must be willing to go on site approx 1 day / flex (Tuesday's) per week in Worcester.

It is essential that you have demonstrable SaleForce Service Cloud experience - in particular, you will have been involved in Case Management.

You will need to be comfortable running workshops with Business Stakeholders, producing detailed process maps, specifying supporting data items and getting involved with wire-framing.

The Programme is working in sprints, so an understanding of sprint ceremonies, feeling confident to participate in refinement sessions and actively contribute is a must. Previous experience of using Jira and Confluence would be greatly beneficial but not essential.

The programme is fast paced, so you will need to be able to roll your sleeves up & feel comfortable with the pace and fast moving priorities.

Role Responsibilities in further detail:
  • Elicit business, stakeholder, solution (functional and non-functional), and transition requirements in the form of epics and user stories.
  • Facilitate and negotiate approval of requirements to ensure that the business needs are fully captured and understood.
  • Define, populate and maintain the associated requirements traceability matrix.
  • Document the As-Is and To-Be business processes, perform gap analysis and provide clearly presented recommendations.
  • Design and document customer journeys, and associated service blueprints, to ensure that the customer and employee experience is optimised.
  • Define customer, employee, and, where appropriate third party, personas to support the Programme.
  • Support QA review and early testing approach of requirements including preparation of test scripts if required.
Experience in further detail:
  • Robust business analysis skills with multiple assignments at senior level.
  • Able to work with initiative and resilience in a complex, multi-workstream complex Agile delivery programme.
  • Must have SalesForce business analysis skills and in depth understanding of SalesForce Service Cloud.
  • Must have prior experience of analysing and defining requirements for complex user journeys for SaleForce implementations; specifically case management.
