We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Ruddington.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Digital Services Director as part of our friendly and dynamic Digital Services team, the Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories for our technical function backlog. The Salesforce Business Analyst will drive innovation and support our commitment to excellence.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with colleagues to gather requirements and design solutions for Salesforce and other MHR business systems.
• Populate and maintain the Product Backlog for our technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Work with third-party suppliers to deliver business changes across the Salesforce ecosystem and related systems.
• Apply Agile principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes for projects and ongoing work.
• Work with stakeholders to reengineer business processes.
• Use automation tools to solve business challenges and enhance efficiency within MHR.

Qualifications

• Agile methodologies and project management principles desirable.
• Requirement gathering, process analysis, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
