Senior Business Analyst RTR
Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work with a key client.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Practice Management System programme team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing solutions within the Record to Report functional area. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the business requirements are accurately captured and translated into effective solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the Record to Report functional area.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop functional specifications and use cases to support the implementation of the Practice Management System. - Solution Design and Implementation:
Work with the technical team to design and implement solutions that meet the business requirements.
Ensure that the solutions are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
Participate in the configuration and customization of the Practice Management System to support the Record to Report processes. - Stakeholder Management:
Ability to lead teams of other Analysts and SMEs; providing clear instructions and day to day leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. - Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop, with the Testing Team, and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate the functionality and performance of the implemented solutions.
Identify and resolve any issues or defects that arise during testing.
Ensure that all solutions meet the required quality standards and compliance requirements. - Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the Practice Management System.
Develop, with the Change & Training team user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support the Record to Report processes.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address any issues that arise post-implementation.
