In this interesting, interim, role within the Model Risk Operating Office, you’ll be responsible for planning, leading and overseeing the execution of time-bound regulatory and non-regulatory model risk projects from conception through to delivery.
You’ll be joining a dynamic and engaging team responsible for providing structure, control and operational oversight for the Santander Model Risk community by delivering clarity, alignment and efficiency. You’ll convey complex topics and plans to senior management, present with impact and ensure key deliverables are met through robust governance techniques.
You’ll have financial responsibility for project budget and be required to create look forward spending plans whilst tracking against day-to-day utilisation. You’ll also be accountable for the co-ordination and scheduling of the model change pipeline, conducting supply vs demand analysis and liaising with model users to prioritise activities. This role is a fixed-term contract until 31st December 2026 with the potential to extend or be made permanent. It is based in Milton Keynes.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
