About The Role
About the role:
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Process Automation Analyst to work for our client within the Insurance sector. This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a hybrid role based in Macclesfield.
Our client is seeking an experienced Process Automation Analyst who will work on the initiative that involves analysing the potential transition from a mixed manual/basic portal process for obtaining GP Reports (GPRs) to a fully outsourced managed service (iGPR Magic). The change involves outsourcing the end-to-end GPR lifecycle (requesting, chasing, redaction, payments) and exploring future API integration for structured data, impacting current operational and finance workflows.
You will have a strong track record in benefits validation analysis (operational savings, revenue uplift), As-Is/To-Be process mapping, requirements definition (portal/future API) and vendor liaising. You will also have extensive experience in Vendor pilot evaluations, facilitating workshops and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
