You’ll be delivering the five year strategic vision for Operations, transforming the operational capability across the bank and helping us to shape the future of our operations by delivering pan-bank innovative solutions.

In your new role, you’ll be managing the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan group requirements, while capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that they are in line with key strategic principles and the Operations strategy.
In the course of your work, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the business to create, shape, define and own pan-operations and individual franchise opportunities. You’ll build, manage and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders at different levels of hierarchy and third party suppliers across multiple franchises and functions.
You’ll also:
You’ll need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification, such as BAX, CPRE and CBAP. You should be comfortable working with ambiguity and have the ability to pay keen attention to detail and drive progress at pace.
It’ll be ideal if you have experience of working with large scale automation or AI and strategies that are tangible and grounded, as will be a background in business design and experience of Agile processes and ceremonies.
