Job title: Business Analyst - Mortgage Experience
Location: Edinburgh, UK

Responsibilities:

1. Capture and analyze data, documenting business process flows to ensure alignment with key strategic principles.
2. Interpret diverse data sets in relation to project aims and track their progress.
3. Work closely with development teams to inform and support the direction of the design and build.
4. Measure customer journeys and assess the impact of changes to inform the success of deliveries.
5. Articulate the wider business impact of projects in relation to key outputs and processes.
6. Collaborate with customer journey managers to understand key elements of processes and identify issues.

Requirements:

1. Understanding of the financial services industry, particularly retail banking and lending products is an advantage.
2. Mortgage experience is mandatory.
