Wipro is looking for a Business Analyst – ISA RTI (Real Time Information). This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation. The role will have a primary focus on engaging and managing numerous stakeholders to help deliver HMRC changes for RTI (Real Time Information) for ISA (Individual Savings Accounts).

As a Business Analyst – ISA RTI (Real Time Information) you will be a part of the Insurance Practice where we help insurance companies transform the way they do business through digital powered customer experience & analytics/cognition enabled business transformation.
Purpose of the Role:
As the Business Analyst – ISA RTI (Real Time Information) you will engage and manage numerous stakeholders to help deliver HMRC changes for RTI (Real Time Information) for ISA (Individual Savings Accounts).
Your Responsibilities:
As the Business Analyst – ISA RTI (Real Time Information) you will:
- Gather requirements and scope capture
- Run face to face workshops to flush requirements details
- Understand and map the ISA (Individual Savings Account) processes, ways of working, value chain
- Collect data about an organisation’s IT and operations to improve its systems and processes
- Process mapping as agreed with the client
- Identify problems and opportunities for change with the current business model, enabling processes, data and technology
- Develop options and recommendations for company management
- Analyse the potential impact on the business of recommendations and create business cases
- Plan, develop and provide impact analysis to technology systems, infrastructure, applications in line with customer needs
- Provide support and enablement services to the business to help them develop business requirements and design
- Analyse new change needs, change requests, and new requirements from third parties and customers/clients
- Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
- Develop BRDs and other business requirements documentation
- Design and detail user stories for developers and technical teams
- Use development specifications to establish traceability from requirements to test cases
- Design potential solutions to problems and opportunities
- Carry out research and inform the design of the solution
- Prepare and deliver reports of findings to senior stakeholders and leadership
- Manage risks and issues with end-to-end impact assessment
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience of working in Asset Management / Wealth Management organisations in the UK
- Solid understanding of how ISA (Individual Savings Account) products work in the UK
- Previous experience in delivering HMRC changes such as RTI (Real Time Information)
- Ability to document requirements and communicate to the platform team
- Experience in performing quality assurance tasks
- Excellent business analysis skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Facilitation skills and able to plan and conduct workshops
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to quickly understand and map business processes
- Excellent presentation skills
