Job Description:

Join a leading telecommunications company as a Business Analyst – Fixed Line Network Domain.

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with expertise in the fixed-line network domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with technical and business teams to analyse and capture business demand, alongside documenting our products. This role offers excellent exposure and a supportive environment.

• Contract Length: until December 2025
• Daily Rate: £450 per day through umbrella

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the roll-out of projects into the business.
• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements related to fixed-line network demand.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementations.
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for analytics products in Confluence and Atlan.
• Use Jira to manage project requirements, document user stories, track issues, and facilitate Agile workflows.
• Work with stakeholders from all areas to identify business needs and objectives.
• Gather, document, and analyse requirements, acting as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Ensure stakeholders are aligned on project goals and requirements.
• Drive the team to provide technical details and ensure quality checks on documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fixed networks telecoms environment.
• Strong knowledge of fixed networks, network architecture, and performance KPIs.
• Proficiency in Confluence & Jira for issue tracking, Agile project management, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
• High level of proficiency in writing technical documentation that meets business needs.

Preferred: Experience in working with large datasets, generating reports, and presenting insights.

Preferred: Experience with SQL, data visualisation, or scripting tools.
