Your Role

CLS helps clients navigate the changing FX marketplace - reducing risk and creating efficiencies. Our innovative, forward-looking products make the trading process faster, easier, safer and more cost-effective - empowering our clients' success.

We are seeking an experienced cyber security business analyst who can demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. You will be a great fit if you are a self-starter, who is passionate about your work and willing to take ownership.

Your responsibilities
  1. Deliver detailed business requirement/functional requirements/use cases/user stories/wireframes/data mappings/training materials.
  2. Partner with key stakeholders to help shape and prioritize product roadmap.
  3. Work with development teams to identify solutions and help build better products.
  4. Work closely with QA and development team to ensure implementation meets requirements and usability guidelines.
  5. Develop subject matter expertise in your area of responsibility.
  6. Provide SME support, product demonstrations and training to internal & external users.

Your skills & qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Technology/Finance/Business/Science or related field of study.
  2. Demonstrable track record in the development of requirements on security projects is essential.
  3. Direct experience of security operations automation project delivery.
  4. Has supported business requirements definition and product/supplier selection in competitive procurement processes i.e. Response to Proposal (RFP) process (essential).
  5. Must have excellent knowledge and experience of creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
  6. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies.
  7. Advanced knowledge and experience of using business analysis tools and techniques such as requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis is essential.
  8. Financial Services and/or regulated organisational experience.
  9. Able to work in complex matrix organisation.
  10. Must have some knowledge of banking, front to back trade life cycle, settlement systems and practices would be helpful.
  11. Must be a strong team player who can share knowledge and help others succeed.
  12. Must have a positive can-do attitude.
  13. Must be passionate about the quality of your work, strive to continuously improve and challenge the status quo.
  14. Good client-facing skills and the ability to work/communicate with business & technical stakeholders is essential.
