Our client, a global Insurance company, is currently looking to hire a Business Analyst with CMDB (Configuration Management Database) implementation experience to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis. This role is Outside IR35.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst for the implementation and running of a CMDB (Configuration Management Database).

Requirements:

1. Experience as a Business Analyst within CMDB projects, including implementation experience.
2. Experience working through the whole life-cycle of a project from initiation to User Acceptance Testing and launch.
3. Proficient in detailing and producing key analysis artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process flows.
4. Demonstrated superb communication skills, including strong presentation skills, and experience working with project teams in global markets.
5. Delivery-focused with a proactive approach to analysis and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
6. Ability to deliver high-quality business analysis and meet deadlines within a dynamic and agile environment.
7. Insurance experience is beneficial but not essential.
