This opportunity is a full-time position for an enthusiastic, future-focused individual who loves helping people and has an interest in how technology can transform their businesses. You will work within a tight-knit team and train under an experienced Digital Transformation technologist.

The role will involve working closely with clients to understand what a successful technology transformation looks like for them and assist them on that digital journey at whatever stage they are at.

You will:

• Be involved in the consultation of client’s business needs, help to find ideal solutions through to the installation, configuration, and training on the solutions.
• Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement new processes.
• Assist and support clients to help them educate their clients to get the most from the digital platforms available.
• Work closely with 3rd Parties and build relationships with all the major cloud suppliers, assess their products for suitability and organise training when required.
• Arrange or complete training for new integrated solutions.
• Develop a ‘Cloud First’ Culture within businesses to take our clients into the digital age.
• Be enthusiastic about people and interested in their businesses.
• Be willing to learn new products and skills.

Entry Requirements

• A minimum of grade 4/C or above in Maths and English GCSE
• Experience with popular Cloud-based systems
• Interest in cloud technology products
