Are you an experienced Business Analyst who has been focused on internal process optimisation or customer journey reviews?
We are working closely with a growing company based in Kent to hire a Business Analyst on a full time permanent basis to work within a large transformation programme.

This is a hybrid position with office visits required twice per week.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:

Reviewing current processes around customer data/journey ensuring they are efficient and streamlined
Analysing each customer product, identifying pain points and process mapping changes
Review current operating model to understand what changes need to be made, who the changes will affect
Automation of internal processes to ensure efficiencies
Full process reengineering
