Your new role

As a Contract Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in connecting our technical teams with business stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing requirements, leading user story grooming sessions, and ensuring effective collaboration across multiple projects.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. Experience collaborating with infrastructure teams, especially within Azure, SaaS, and Oracle environments.
  2. Extensive knowledge of Azure DevOps for managing requirements.
  3. Proficiency in handling backlogs within Azure DevOps.
  4. The ability to generate requirements reports from DevOps (highly advantageous).
  5. Proven experience in leading user story grooming sessions with both business and technical teams.
  6. Expertise in structuring user stories to enable testers to create test plans, test cases, and inputs for UAT.
  7. Comfort in working with technical teams and asking the right questions.
  8. Experience in the ITSM domain.
  9. The capability to track requirements from inception through delivery (requirements traceability).
  10. A collaborative approach when working with delivery managers and product owners to ensure scope alignment.
  11. Support for delivery managers in the triage process to assist other projects and tech product teams in effective planning.
  12. The ability to provide inputs into the overall project plan.
