About us

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract, working with a leading Salesforce Automotive development partner. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in business analysis, a deep understanding of the automotive sector and the ability to manage and deliver complex Agile projects from inception to completion.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyse business needs, create critical Agile artefacts and support delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Automotive industry expertise, particularly in DMS, integrations and business process mapping, is essential. Salesforce knowledge and proficiency in JIRA are highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive and manage complex analysis initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
• Produce all standard Agile delivery artefacts, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and business rules documentation.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to support the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.
• Lead estimation sessions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring a smooth and transparent delivery process.
• Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of automotive business processes, with a focus on areas such as DMS and integration workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
• Analyse and document system integration requirements and dependencies between Salesforce and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring clarity in objectives and outcomes.

We are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis, ideally in complex, Agile environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in Agile project delivery.
• Proven experience in the automotive sector with expertise in DMS, integrations, and business process mapping.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities is highly beneficial.
• Proficient in using JIRA for Agile project management and collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote working environment.
