Business Analyst

Urgent Requirement - Business Analyst with expertise in Cards & Wallet Fraud Strategy with API Testing.

We need someone who understands the wallet ecosystem architecture to conduct a current state assessment and design solutions to optimize the architecture.

Location: Swindon; Hybrid – 2 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical and operational assessments of the existing digital wallet infrastructure.
• Define the future state of the digital wallet operating model.
• Define API interfaces, functional requirements, and product roadmap.
• Write detailed features and requirements outlining the strategic initiatives needed to achieve the operating model.
• Perform wallet fraud implementation-related activities, including integration support, creating implementation guides, and training.
• Translate the solution roadmap into a detailed project plan to guide the execution of initiatives.
