Business Analyst

Business Analyst / £45,000 / 25% Pension / Manchester / 15 Month FTC

Robert Walters is working with a client seeking a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team in Manchester. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing customer requirements through the end-to-end project life cycle. You will be getting a digital program of work up & running, working on both the website and case management system.

What you'll do:

1. Work on 2 new & exciting digital projects - working on both the website and case management system
2. Gather clear and concise requirements that provide solutions meeting business needs
3. Prepare business requirements, document 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes and deliver process flows and maps
4. Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole
5. Ensure proposed solutions meet the business purpose/benefit
6. Conduct all Business Analyst user acceptance testing
7. Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users

The role is based in central Manchester with only 2 days a week required on site. Our client is offering a great package, with £45K salary & 25%+ pension on offer!

Ideally, you will have 3+ years experience as a BA & experience working in the Public Sector.
