Job Details:
A proven expert in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success through data-driven decision-making. The business analyst needs to be part of solutions team and ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements
2. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
3. Elicit and document clear and concise business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
5. Analyse and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
6. Create and maintain documentation such as business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
7. Proven ability to drive geographically diverse teams towards the project goal, resolve understanding issues, negotiate, and close on key pending tasks and actions

1. 12+ yrs of work experience with minimum 8 years as Business Analyst in a software development environment, catering to automation areas like RPA, Machine learning, data intelligence
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
3. Razor sharp communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
4. Excellent presentation skills both in terms of collating requirements and presenting back in the form of charts, visuals, workflows
5. Mandatory experience with business analysis tools and techniques covering process modelling, data analysis, MS office and workflow management
