Business Analyst

o Experienced BA with Technical understanding and ability to complete business readiness activity e.g. training, comms etc.

o Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical squad members and business stakeholders and act as a bridge between the two.

o Requirements elicitation experience with technical and business SMEs and ability to understand and prioritize requirements.

o Proven ability to effectively capture user stories in Jira.

o Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence and experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery.

o Ability to prepare and deliver business readiness activity e.g. support model documentation, training, procedures, comms plan etc.
