Business Analyst, Kent - Hybrid with a competitive salary

We have partnered with an organisation that is prominent in the sporting industry who are seeking a Business Analyst to work with the business and IT teams. The Business Analyst will focus on requirement gathering, create workflows, and documentation for the organisation's projects.

The Business Analyst will have 3 workflows to focus on: CRM implementation, Inventory management, and Data insights.

The role will benefit from hybrid working of 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position.
• Must have at least one of the following: BA or MA in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, BCS, or Business Analysis certification.
• Proven experience creating business requirements documentation (BRD), creating workflows, storyboards, and analysis.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and confidence working with a variety of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

• Work with a range of business stakeholders to gather technical, functional, and data requirements.
• Develop and analyse detailed documents of requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Ensure the solution aligns with the company technology and business requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, update on findings, and recommend solutions.
