Job Description

  • Liaise between the Technology department and business stakeholders to identify business needs.
  • Design and implement functional solutions to improve business processes.
  • Develop project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all approvals are managed appropriately.
  • Evaluate and assess the results of the project after completion.
  • Maintain an understanding of advancements in the field of Business Analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Business Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Property industry.
  • Experience working in investment as well as a good understanding of cash flows, planning and forecasting.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
