Business Analyst – Financial Services

Salary: £45,000 + up to 10% bonus

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected, member-owned organisation in the financial services sector. As they invest in new systems, services and products, they’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in collaborative environments and wants to see their impact across the business.

You’ll lead workshops, gather requirements, and act as the crucial bridge between internal teams and third-party suppliers. This is a hands-on role with real variety – from improving existing systems to launching new services.

What you’ll do:

• Run workshops to gather and define business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear specifications
• Analyse problems and support root cause investigation
• Improve existing systems and business processes
• Support new product and service launches
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers
• Monitor scope, risks and impacts throughout projects
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

You’ll bring:

• 3+ years in a business analyst or similar role
• Strong facilitation, documentation & communication skills
• A consultative, methodical mindset
• Bonus: experience in financial services or mutuals
