Location: Mobile Worker - 2-3 days in Birmingham/travel to units

Your Role as a Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment across sectors while improving processes and delivering impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to document and validate requirements.
• Process Mapping: Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Implementation Support: Assist with testing phases and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation to deliver measurable business benefits.

What We're Looking For
Experience:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven track record in documenting business requirements and delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in process mapping and business process re-engineering.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
