As the Business Analyst, you will work full-time hours. This job is a permanent position. This job offers hybrid working to suit business needs. Candidates will need to be located within a commutable distance to Andover.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Analyse business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.

Business Analyst Requirements:

• Proven experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Office, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, BPMN, Visio).
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and sales applications (highly desirable).
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Kanban).
