Position Title : Business Advisor

Country Territory : Northern Victoria & Northern Tasmania

Employment : Permanent, Full Time

Everyday, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Business Advisor role will make an impact, the key responsibilities for this role include :

1. Maintain the designated territory ensuring continuation of optimum service to 1st line accounts;
2. Exceeding net sales target of dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within a defined territory of supporting customers and acquisition targets;
3. Maintain loyalty of 1st line accounts through building close relationships to ensure their requirements are being met by the company’s products where possible;
4. Execute agreed business tactics to optimize substitution opportunities;
5. Design & execute quarterly business plans which include targets, action plan & outcomes for each account;
6. Facilitate a 1st class sales experience using business insights, analytics & innovative deal-level strategies;
7. Acknowledge & overcome customer concerns. Take ownership of territory issues & provide appropriate solutions. Escalate to Regional Business Manager if required;
8. Consistently record & assess call outcomes in call notes within the required system.

The minimum qualifications for this role are :

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science or Sales;
2. At least 1 years experience working within Australia’s generic market;
3. 1-2 years’ experience in B2B complex sales environments;
4. Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets;
5. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
6. Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
