Business Adviser - 18 month FTC

A field-based role, managing relationships with existing retail clients to represent the brand and advocate for both current and new product innovations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage sales and promotional campaigns within your specified territory.
2. Plan daily routes and activities throughout the day.
3. Conduct client visits to retailers as needed.
4. Drive growth in sales volume, market share, and profitability.
5. Launch new brands and train point-of-sale staff to prevent out-of-stock situations.
6. Ensure staff are knowledgeable about products, pricing, and stock availability.
7. Analyse data to enhance brand performance.

Package:

1. Salary: £34,000, reviewed annually.
2. Company car, credit card and fuel card.
3. Sales bonus up to £5,400 per year.
4. £2,048 in annual allowances, including a daily food budget.
5. 16% non-contributory pension (worth £5,440/year).
6. Flexible benefits package.

Must Haves:

1. Full UK driving license (automatic or manual).
2. Strong desire to succeed.
3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent time management and planning skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
6. Strong relationship-building skills.
