Business Administration Apprentice - Solicitors

Potential full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of the firm's financial records and supporting the overall financial operations.

Responsibilities

1. Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately
2. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
3. Prepare and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required
5. Liaise with clients and vendors regarding payment queries and discrepancies
6. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies related to financial transactions
7. Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency

Minimum Requirements

1. Business Administrator Level 3 (A level) Apprenticeship Standard
2. Functional Skills in maths and English if required
3. Off the job training
4. Level 3 Business Administration qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
