Location: Middlesbrough

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Overtime: Paid overtime available

Working Hours: 36.5 hour working week, dayshift 6am-2pm

Contract: Ongoing contract role; potential for long term work

A Gas Torch Burner is wanted to join a leading employer on Teesside.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Carry out burning activities in a safe manner to ensure that all material processed adheres to specification.
2. Burning/torch cutting of scrap through the use of a burning torch.
3. Maintain work environment in compliance with company standards and control.
4. Carry out daily visual safety checks.
5. The opportunity will be available for further training including FLT and heavy plant operation.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

1. Experience as a Burner/Scrap Burner preferred.
2. Ability to operate FLT/360 grab for handling metals would be an advantage.
3. Proven track record of working within a team environment.
