Location: London/Leeds/Bristol

Level: Surveyor – Associate Surveyor

Salary: Up to £55k + Car Allowance + Company Benefits

An industry leading Real Estate firm are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Building Surveyor to join their team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for assessing buildings, identifying structural issues, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. You’ll provide expert advice on maintenance, repairs, and sustainability across commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance across various building surveying services and disciplines.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Developing relationships both externally and within the company to expand the team's client network and expertise.
  • Seizing opportunities to enhance personal and team revenue growth.
  • Contributing to a team environment by supporting both junior and senior colleagues.
  • Identify defects, potential risks, and necessary repairs.

Skills Required:
