Are you an Interim Building Surveyor with experience within Structural and Planned Works?
Would you like to join our client, based in Surrey for an initial 6 month period?
This role offers a competitive day rate of £375-£400 (Umbrella).
If you are a problem solver with strong technical knowledge, and have expertise in any or all of the following, we'd love to hear from you:
- Subsidence around insurance claims
- Building technology
- Working with structural engineers
- Heave and plasticity
- Substructure repairs
- Remedial works - Repairs
- Understanding and working with contractors on frameworks
- Understanding how deliverables work
- Kitchen, Bathroom, and Roof replacements
- Understanding of JCT contracts
