Building Surveyor MRICS

Our client is a large real estate consultancy with offices throughout all the major cities in the UK.
Due to an increase in their current workload, they are looking for either a newly chartered Building Surveyor or a Senior Building Surveyor to join their current team based in either Leeds or Manchester.
The successful candidate will be working on a wide and varied range of building surveying disciplines in a commercial environment with an enviable and national client base.

Role/Responsibilities

• Contract administration
• Building Pathology
• General building surveying commercial work in line with a Chartered Building Surveyor role
• Technical Due Diligence

Skills/Experience

• Degree in Building Surveying
• Ideally MRICS or the relevant level of experience
• Excellent and accurate report writing skills
• Experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment
• Sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context
