You will present your findings and ideas to investors regularly, so will need to be confident in this area.

You will be tenacious, organised and demonstrate initiative to identify opportunities for improvement, propose remedial actions and oversee effective implementation. A proven ability to quickly identify and focus on what is technically relevant, analysing problems in order to recommend solutions is essential.

Essential Criteria

  • RICS/ MCIOB qualified (at least 5 years post qualified experience)
  • Experience of building services/surveying in the Social Housing Sector
  • A willingness to travel, including overnight to visit sites
  • Interest in and firm knowledge of the built environment, including building regulations and H&S legislation
  • Private Equity experience

Personal Qualities

  • Is persuasive, convincing and a strong negotiator when representing the groups interests robustly and fairly.
