Job Description

• Conducting building inspections and creating reports
• Overseeing construction and renovation projects
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and legislation
• Providing technical advice to clients and colleagues
• Managing and resolving any issues that may arise during construction
• Collaborating with other professionals in the industry
• Conducting risk assessments
• Developing project budgets and schedules

The Successful Applicant

A successful Building Surveyor should have:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related field
• Knowledge of building legislation and standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using industry-specific software
• Ability to solve complex problems efficiently
