Building Surveyor
Consultancy
Reigate
£50,000 - £65,000 per annum

People Group has exclusively partnered with a Surrey based consultancy. We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join the property team. The established organisation is currently delivering a long-term programme on a key account in Reigate.

The collaborative team is looking to add a technically strong building surveyor. The opportunity is to provide high levels of services across one of the organisation's key clients. You will predominantly work in Surrey delivering maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment schemes.

This is a generic building surveying role which will include delivering a full range of services. You will act on behalf of the client and lead schemes from inception to completion. Other responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships and delivering programmes on time and within budget. Good knowledge of building regulations and safety standards is essential. You will work across a variation of structures and will advise on efficiency and sustainability.

Minimum Requirements:
  • BSc in Building Surveying or Construction Management
  • Ideally MRICS/MCIOB or working towards this
  • Proven project experience
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
  • Full UK driver's licence
