Building Surveyor / Maintenance Surveyor (Local Authority)

We are working with the Housing Asset Management team of a Local Authority / Borough Council.

They require additional Building Surveyors as follows:

1. Working on a day rate of £200 on a rolling contract basis
2. Acting as a lead professional in all aspects of repairs and maintenance across the borough's housing portfolio
3. Conducting Condition Surveys
4. Managing resources effectively
