Permanent opportunity for a building surveyor in Manchester.

Your new company
This is a boutique real estate firm based in the City Centre of Manchester. They specialise in commercial office space projects. They are an award-winning company that acquires and disposes of more office space than anyone else in Manchester.
They are a top firm for Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs and deliver projects with great letting success.

Your new role
In this role, you will be involved in both technical building surveying and project surveying. You will work with an amazing team in a state-of-the-art office that is getting refurbished soon.
You will be able to work autonomously with previous experience in commercial office space. This role is ideal for someone who is a 'go-getter' and an ambitious individual.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree-qualified in building surveying or equivalent. Ideally chartered or with a great deal of experience. In this role, you will need to show enthusiasm, ambition, and drive to succeed.
