Building Surveyor
Location: Hybrid / London Office
A dynamic and expanding firm specialising in building surveying, project management, and cost management are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing team.
With offices in London, Birmingham and Ipswich they have active projects across the country in a variety of sectors and are committed to delivering high-quality services to their clients. They have recently won significant projects and are seeking to strengthen their team to assist with their delivery.
You will be a skilled and motivated Building Surveyor who is RICS chartered, or similar equivalent, with a strong background in due diligence and technical reporting.
You will have a good working knowledge of specification writing, preparation of tender documentation and contracts to enable you to undertake contract administration and Employer's Agent duties and be confident in conducting site inspections and managing projects independently, as well as part of a team.
