Building Surveyor – Are you looking for a core BS role with long term vision?

A boutique London-based consultancy known for delivering exceptional surveying and project management services, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expert team.

The Building Surveyors role

As a Building Surveyor, you will work closely with a collaborative team of professionals, delivering high-quality services across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, and heritage.

Your role as the successful Building Surveyor will involve managing both professional and project-based instructions, with responsibilities such as:

  • Conducting building surveys, condition surveys, and technical due diligence
  • Delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion
  • Advising on dilapidations and party wall matters
  • Preparing schedules of condition and contract administration
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Ideal Building Surveyor will have
  • A degree in Building Surveying and ideally MRICS accreditation (or working towards it)
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience within a consultancy environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results to a high standard
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
