1. Conducting building surveys and inspections.
2. Preparing reports and recommendations.
3. Advising clients on building regulations and legislation.
4. Managing projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
2. Relevant professional experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
