A chartered surveying practice, with nationwide offices, is seeking a residential savvy Building Surveyor to join their London-based team.

This is an opportunity for a qualified Building Surveyor to work on a portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will deliver surveys, reports, and a variety of professional building surveying services to a portfolio of clients, with a specific focus on residential properties, both private and public.

Your role as a qualified Building Surveyor will be to run your projects autonomously and manage your workload accordingly while supporting inexperienced Surveyors where necessary.

Person Specification

This role will suit a Building Surveyor who can hit the ground running on schemes, confidently, and who enjoys working under their own management.

1. MRICS qualified (Not essential)
2. RICS accredited degree
3. Experience within a construction-focused practice, ideally
4. Residential sector experience is needed
5. A good understanding of commercial buildings
6. Technically astute
