Building Surveyor Opportunity in Essex

Excellent opportunity to join a Chartered Surveying Practice in Essex. You will be joining an organisation that promotes a fair and flexible working environment. As a business, they have good staff retention due to a relaxed but hardworking atmosphere where you are treated as an individual.

As the Building Surveyor, you will be largely responsible for managing school building projects including:

  1. Primary Schools
  2. Secondary Schools
  3. Academies

You will be involved with JCT and NEC projects and will have high levels of client exposure. Additionally, you will be required to get involved with other building surveying duties when necessary, which include:

  1. Dilapidations
  2. Condition Surveys

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  1. A minimum of degree qualified within Building Surveying or a related discipline
  2. Experience managing projects from inception to completion
  3. A full driving licence
