  2. Produce work specifications and provide costs and recommendations for remedial actions.
  3. Advise the technical team and manage complex projects.
  4. Liaise with residents and contractors.
  5. Monitor work quality and ensure value for money and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Excellent understanding of construction and building methods gained through proven experience in a similar capacity, ideally for a housing provider or local authority.
  2. Ability to produce accurate reports, work orders and specifications using NHF SORs and other tools.
  3. Budget management experience.
  4. HND / HNC or other relevant qualification with extensive work-based experience.
  5. Professional qualification such as MRICS or MCIOB would be highly desirable.
  6. Full clean UK driving license with access to a vehicle for business use.

If you meet the criteria above and are looking for a move to a thriving organisation who are truly committed to getting the best out of their people, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today or send your CV to Build Recruitment for more information.
