Job description

New opportunity for a Building Surveyor with a private practice in Warwickshire. This is a small, independently owned firm with a good range of clients, most of which are in the Midlands region. They are growing quickly and have exceeded expectations in terms of performance and delivery. In fact, they have already won a considerable pipeline of work for the coming months and look to have a very busy year ahead of them.

They have a variety of instructions including both professional surveying services and project work for owners, occupiers, developers, and funds working across all areas of commercial building surveying.

We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their team based out of offices in Warwickshire. Candidates should ideally have at least 2-3 years' experience in Building Surveying. While RICS qualification is preferred, they are well placed to support you in your work towards gaining MRICS status.
