Your Role
  1. Conduct Building Surveys, Contract Administration & Defect Inspections
  2. Work on Dilapidations, Party Wall Matters & Reinstatement Cost Assessments
  3. Prepare Maintenance Plans, Design & Specification reports

What You'll Need
  1. Degree in Building Surveying (or related field)
  2. Strong report writing & stakeholder communication skills
  3. MRICS (desirable, not essential)
