Your Role

Conduct Building Surveys, Contract Administration & Defect Inspections
Work on Dilapidations, Party Wall Matters & Reinstatement Cost Assessments
Prepare Maintenance Plans, Design & Specification reports

What You'll Need

Degree in Building Surveying (or related field)
Strong report writing & stakeholder communication skills
MRICS (desirable, not essential)
